Responsibilities: This position works collaboratively with our management team to recruit and retain high quality talent. The selection process and placement of candidates and employees includes internal/external posting of open positions, placement of ads, screening of candidates, interviewing candidates, checking references, extending job offers, and conducting new employee orientation. In addition, this person has accountability for benefits administration and HRIS. This includes coordinating the administration of SMG benefits, the planning of open enrollment, responding to employee benefit questions, and the creation and distribution of HRIS system reports.
Qualifications: BA/BS in Human Resources/Business or related field; 3 years experience in human resources (preferably in health care); knowledge and understanding of employment laws and employee benefits; ability to work effectively with all levels of personnel including physicians, management and staff; highly organized and accurate in detailed work; strong written and verbal communication skills; strong computer skills including keyboarding, MS applications and HRIS applications.

Responsibilities: This position is responsible for developing and supporting super-user and general-user training programs for EMR; assisting with new employee training and ongoing computer education, and working with Operations Management to identify opportunities for process redesign.
